Returns

Don't sweat it! We understand sometimes things don't fit correctly! 

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. 

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains are considered damaged 

Customer is responsible for return costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. We suggest shipping back your unwanted items insured as we are not responsible for lost packages. Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals.

How It Works                                                                                                       Complete the return form and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items and enclose a copy of the form.

Store Credit

Once we receive your return we will inspect the items, process the return in our system and send you an email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to use it.

Exchanges

Because we can't guarantee availability by the time the returned items come back to our Distribution Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

Sale

All sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges

Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Deliveries

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. All orders that are returned to the sender will be processed as a return and issued store credit of the remaining amount.
