HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP THE ORDERS?
We usually try to send the orders on the following day that it was placed, but in some cases and depending on the volume of orders, we may take 2-4 business days to send it out. We appreciate your patience.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship our orders from Miami, Florida, USA.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT DURING A SALE?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items bought during a sale. These items are labeled as “final,” which means they cannot be returned.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please go to our Returns section at the footer of the website and follow the instructions provided. Make sure your item is unworn and has all the tags and security ribbon. Also make sure to indicate your order number and name.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship to the United States.
WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT?
Sometimes the shipping provider changes the status to Delivered when the item is Out for Delivery so please give it a couple of days. If you can't find it still, please call the shipping provider with your tracking number.
